Reply To: Auto-Assign ELement IDs "Options" button not enabled.

One more oddity – another writer has “TRUE ” set in her dita_options.xml file, but the Options button is also disabled for her XMetaL.
Thanks,
Nicole–OK. I figured it out – apparently you need to have a file open in XMetaL for it to become enabled. All users have all necessary files and are set up are set up correctly now. Thanks,

February 10, 2016 at 6:23 pmParticipants 0Replies 5Last Activity 6 years, 11 months agoThanks Derek. I see that file (and about 15 others) in that directory on my system, but it is missing on hers. Other than the 4 subfolders, her directory only contains the following files: ct_preferences, default.tbr, dita_options, mediadisplayoptions, print_local, searchResult, shell.stg, XMetaL, and xmrepo_settings. Any ideas? thanks!

Thanks for the quick reply. You're right. Looks like we also need to add something to the XSLT. Thanks!

Reply To: Page Preview in Single HTML/HTML2 format fails
July 8, 2013 at 4:37 pmParticipants 0Replies 5Last Activity 9 years, 7 months agoHi Derek,
You are correct. The problem occurs when trying to preview a single topic in either tags on or normal by selecting File > Preview In Browser. It works fine on my system when generating Single HTML or HTML 2 output for a ditamap, but not for a colleague on his system. So it does seem inconsistent. We do have customizations to our DITA OT, so I'll run it by the implementer. If you have any ideas, please let me know.— We are both running Win7, 64bit.
Thanks!
