For some reason, using Book via RenderX output, the page numbers on the even pages only of my PDFs have disappeared.
They are fine on the ToC and Index, but not in the body, even though I haven't changed anything. Odd pages have the page number.
How can I fix this?
NOTE: Please disregard. I figured it out… one of the entries in en_US.xml was the culprit, and someone *had* modified it..
