Window menu bar

Windows 7 OSnoticed that ver. 5.5 we had access to Window menu items: Next, Previous, Cascade, Tile Horizontally, Tile Vertically, and Arrange Icons; however, ver. 8 we get Next, Previous, and Windows..
Noticed that we can Tile Horizontally and Tile Vertically from right-click within new Document Tab.
Question1 – is it possible to add New Horizontal Tab Group and New Vertical Tab Group to the Window Menu bar?
Question2 – is the Cascade option no longer available?
Question3 – we currently and wish to continue to utilize DisableToolbarContextMenu in order to prevent users from right-clicking to gain access to various XMetaL toolbars and such, and was wondering if the right-click will be available on the document tab in order to get access to the tile vertically/horizontally options?Derek Read November 21, 2013 at 9:18 pm

2. The UI no longer provides this feature.
3. This API affects toolbars only. It does not affect the document tabs. Calling it will disable the context menu for the toolbar and menu areas only while all the options that appear for the context menu on a document's tab will remain functional. -
