Where’s the CSS?

I've added some contraints to DITA 1.2 and was “pretty” sure I followed the directions carefully.  On the dtd side of things, everything is working. On the preview side of things its not.  My content in the structure and normal windows are just bold text with no formatting.  I've tried and looked everywhere I can to fix this, but I'm stumped.  Any direction to figure out where I went wrong would be helpful.

If you're using XMetaL without a CMS, the XACs (css, mcr, etc.) files are in:
C:Program Files (x86)XMetaL 6.0AuthorDITAXACs

If you're using XMetaL with a CMS, the CMS redefines the local location for css files, so you should check with your CMS vendor.

Thanks!  Yes, we do use a CCMS.  And I just found the problem.  I copied the XMetal 7 sync files over to XMetal 8, but I failed to update the soc file to point to XMetal 8 hierarchy.
