    TOPLEAF: Suppress a topicref’s href file’s <title> content?

    We've set up automatic chapter/appendix titling/#ing based on the navtitle of topicref in a DITA Map, but then the of the file targeted in the topicref's href is repeated immediately following the chapter/appendix title. </p> <p>How can we suppress the content of an href linked to a topicref used for a chapter/appendix heading?</p> <p>Thanks,</p> <p>R Palmer

    The general pattern for conditionally suppressing some content is to set the suppress option in the mapping and put something like the following in the custom content:


      <content></content>

    and set the ShowTitle variable according to whether the title has already appeared.
