TOPLEAF: Missing page header on last page before indexApril 4, 2012 at 6:06 pmParticipants 0Replies 1Last Activity 10 years, 10 months ago
Our books are configured to display a running header (telltale in TopLeaf terms) on each page with blocks for the chapter title and page number. The first page of each chapter does not display the header and uses a “no_header” page layout, which hides the header and adds additional space to the top margin. The regular pages use the 1 column layout.
The index uses a customized version of the 2 column layout. The Start for the indexlist tag is assigned the “no_header” page layout. The page layout is then changed to the 2 column layout at the end of the %IndexTitle custom marker, which is used for the index title, so that the index entries display in two columns.
All of the running headers in the chapters and the index display correctly, except for the very last page of the chapter right before the index. For that page, the running header is missing, as if it is somehow using the “no_header” layout.jlm05 April 4, 2012 at 6:30 pm

Never mind – turns out we were specifying the no_header page for the backmatter tag as well the indexlist. I removed that setting for backmatter and the running header now displays on the last page of the last chapter.
