TopLeaf: Index TOC entry and PDF bookmark entry to wrong (preceding) page

The TOC entry for the Index generated by TopLeaf displays the page immediately preceding the first page of the Index, instead of the actual first page of the Index. As a result, the PDF bookmark built is also to the wrong page.
I don't recall this being an issue in earlier versions of TopLeaf, but I may have just overlooked the page numbering.
Thank you,

April 17, 2014 at 2:24 amThis sounds like a stylesheet problem. Make sure the page break is before the mapping that created the TOC entry.

Thanks!
