TOPLEAF: Full Footer not appearing on TOC pages

The footer for my pages is set up as [code]Copyright © , {Author}[/code] where {Author} is from the Name in my DITA map. The complete footer appears on all pages except those of the TOC, where it only displays [code]Copyright © , [/code].

I don't want to hardcode the Author value in, as it changes with the DITA Map.

Is not available when the TOC pages are built?

Make sure your debug is set to ON and check the log.

Is the topicmeta containing the author metadata processed before the ToC is triggered (look for tl:toc)?

Where we go next depends on the answer. I know what happens for the “out of the box” mappings, but I don't like to assume.
