What do I need to do to suppress the title page in my PDF file?

I removed the TOC using the XMetal GUI to add a TOC attribute to the map element.

But I don't know how to get rid of the title page. I assume I need to edit
AppDataRoamingSoftQuadXMetaLSharedDITA_OTdemoxmfoCustomizationfolayout-masters.xml

but I'm not sure how.

Using XMetal 6.0 on Windows 7. Deliverable type is XMetal Enhanced PDF via RenderX XEP
