Missing resource manager from XMetal 5.5

Hello,

For some reason the Resource Manager in my XMetaL window has completely disappeared. It doesn't matter if I select View -> Resource Manager it doesn't appear in the window at all. I've tried opening ditamap and it tells me it's opening the manager but it doesn't appear.

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling but that doesn't correct the issue. Any thoughts or ideas on how I can resolve this. I really need to be able edit my ditamaps.
