Java API; no SQJNILib in java.library.pathJanuary 23, 2013 at 3:17 amParticipants 0Replies 1Last Activity 10 years ago
I'm getting the following exception from both the JAT demo application, as well as an in-house app built using the JAT:
java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: no SQJNILib in java.library.path
Does anyone have any pointers as to why I would be getting this link error?
Using Windows 7, XMetal 7 (XMetal Developer 6), JRE 1.7.

I suspect the JAT probably needs to be rebuilt (by our dev team). I don't believe it has been kept up to date for some time now.
We rarely drop support for features but due to perceived lack of need for this feature and the major headache in maintaining and testing it the XMetaL development team is seriously considering dropping support for it. If you really need this feature it would be good to contact XMetaL Support with arguments for keeping it so they can pass that information along to the development team.
