Is there a way in WebHelp to have glossary files appear as tool tips?

Is there a way to automatically make glossary items (from a single glossary topic) into popups/tooltips using the XMetaL webhelp transformation?

January 21, 2014 at 12:52 amThere is no such feature built specifically for the WebHelp deliverable type. If such a feature was built into the basic XHTML transtype of the DITA Open Toolkit, presumably that would automatically make its way into any deliverable based on the XHTML transtype (including WebHelp). I'm quite sure there is no such feature.
I can understand what would be displayed (presumably either the content from
or both and ) but what would you be hovering over when that content is displayed? Or perhaps you are describing what is discussed here:
https://github.com/dita-ot/dita-ot/issues/1412If not, and you can describe what you need in detail (and there are no similar defects or feature requests submitted) I would suggest submitting a feature request to the DITA OT project: https://github.com/dita-ot/dita-ot/issues
