How to hide the target URLs on links
February 10, 2011 at 6:21 pmParticipants 1Replies 2Last Activity 11 years, 4 months agoHow do I specify the text that displays for a link…instead of the actual URL?
For example, “For more information, click here.” In PDF output, I want here to be a link to http://www.example.com, but I don't want the URL displayed as part of the sentence. (Our URLs are really long!)
I have XMetaL Author Enterprise 6.0 outputting as Enhanced PDF via RenderX XEP.
Thanks.

February 10, 2011 at 11:09 pmClick the text inside the xrf and just start typing. The link is defined in the href attribute but the text that is shown in the text inside the start and end tag.
