July 10, 2009 at 4:59 pmThere are files located here (default install on Windows XP):
C:Program FilesCommon FilesXMetaL SharedDITA_OTxsldita2rtf.xsl
C:Program FilesCommon FilesXMetaL SharedDITA_OTxsldita2rtf_template.xslThe rest of the files that actually do things are in the subfolder called xslrtf

July 22, 2009 at 5:24 pmAs far as I know, RTF output from the DITA Open Toolkit has some serious limitations that haven't been addressed in a long time.
You might want to check out Elkera XML Print for DITA: http://www.elkera.com/cms/products/elkera_xml_print/elkera_xml_print_for_dita/ . We have not thoroughly tested it, but it looks interesting.
