Creating xac file
July 20, 2010 at 8:14 amParticipants 0Replies 1Last Activity 12 years, 6 months agoHow to customize the xac file. I am trying to work with XMAX. for that I need the xac file containing all the required files. How I can identify the required files? And how to create the xac with those files only? Is there any modification required to any file before creating the XAC?

July 20, 2010 at 5:00 pmAn XAC file is compiled using XMetaL Developer. If you require an XAC you should use XMetaL Developer to create your customization and then “build” your project. This will generate the XAC file. It contains the files you include in your XMetaL Developer project, at a minimum a compiled version of the DTD or XSD (RLX or RLD file), a CSS file, a CTM file and a manifest that tells XMetaL Author or XMAX what the other files are to be used for.
