When I generate PDF using the ditamap file, it has bookmark panel; however, all topics and sub-topics are in same line. It does not have expand icon to expand the sub topics within. One person told me that we have to manually do this bit on pdf dcument and save it. Let me know if there is a way to automatically generate bookmarks with expand icon based on what is defined in ditamap file.
