When Xmetal opens file for editing, does it use RLX-file for anything or is the topic validation based on the RLX-file, because it seems to be so?
And now I got the speed… My all-time-favourite question: why an earth Xmetal does not respect the PUBLIC id if it says where file is found? (example: ) In my knowledge, other editors (at least most of them) respect the PUBLIC id and read the DTD for example same directory where the file is, but XMetal reads the file from it's own directory. Or does this happen because in this case XMetal can find “-//OASIS//DTD DITA Concept//EN” and therefore it does not use the “concept.dtd” what is mentioned on the DOCTYPE?
