The OT is responsible for resolving conrefs, so TopLeaf never gets to see them.

If you have a topicref that shouldn't be included in the output, then add a mapping to override the default processing. For example:
[code]topicref[processing-role=”resource-only”][/code]
The mapping doesn't need to do anything, it just prevents the default topicref mapping from being used.
