February 17, 2012 at 10:19 pmThe WebHelp plug-in relies on the DITA OT HTML output (transtype: XHTML) to generate the HTML files for each topic, so anything at that level would be difficult to separate (as with any other of the HTML-based outputs: Eclipse, CHM, etc).
However, the WebHelp plug-in is located here if you want to try to make changes to it:
The stuff that lives there primarily affects how the framework surrounding each HTML topic is built (TOC, search, etc).
