June 16, 2009 at 5:52 pmWe're not sure why this is occurring but we have a suspicion that for some reason xmetal50.exe is not properly registered with the system.
Please try the following:
1. Open a command prompt (Start > Run > type “command” > Enter).
2. Use the CD command to get to the folder where your xmetal50.exe is installed.
3. Execute the following:
xmetal50.exe /RegServer
If that does not resolve the issue please contact XMetaL Support directly.
