I have a table with a Header. Can I change it to a NO HEADER table?

If you can't simply delete the table header rows you can select a row and open Table properties. On the Row tab set the Row type to Body. If there are multiple header rows you need to change them from last to first.

If I select the Header row, when I go to Table Properties, everything under Row type is grayed out. Same if I select a regular row.
