Inserting Anchorref into DITA map

How do I insert an anchorref element into the DITA Map ?

1. In the Map Editor select File > Switch to XML View of Map (which is actually Tags On view or Normal view where you edit all of your other document types).
2. Press Ctrl+Shift+I to open the Element List.
3. Place your selection in a location that allows <anchorref> and insert it using the Element List.
