When we include the title element for a table, the TopLeaf PDF includes the title in a list of tables on the first page of the PDF. Tables without titles are not included.

There is no tablelist element anywhere, so there shouldn't be a list of tables.

Any idea why it is doing this, and also how to prevent it?

Could you send me the Xref.xml file which is created when you run this job?

As a temporary workaround, go into the table/title mapping, Custom tab, and comment out the string <TocTbl>...</TocTbl>. Then do the same for fig/title.
