For those people using XMetaL's TopLeaf Plugin for PDF output, a new recipe has been posted in the online documentation. See the following link.

How to display a list of figures in PDF ouput.
http://na.justsystems.com/webhelp/en/topleafplugin/6.0/TopLeafPlugin.html#How%20do%20I%20display%20a%20list%20of%20figures?

The same approach can be used for a list of tables.

Hi Derek,

The link does not open any page, just gives an error: "Sorry, but what you're looking for could not be found." This is happens for most of the links, is there something I'm doing wrong? Do advise.

Thanks

Regards.

This link is only relevant for the old version 6 plugin.

The technique for generating a list of figures is much simpler using the new DITA support in TopLeaf, and is in fact included in the sample DITA/book stylesheet.

The current XMetaL plugin can be downloaded from http://www.turnkey.com.au/tksweb/Downloads/XMTP.exe. Information on working with the stylesheet is available from the "getting started" page and also in the TopLeaf documentation. If you require assistance you can contact support@turnkey.com.au.
