Spell Checker DLL-related crashes after upgrading to XMetaL 6.0

We are aware of an issue with the 6.0 release’s installer that eventually triggers a crash because the spell checking DLLs are not upgraded properly. These files are located here:
C:\Program Files\Corel\Shared\XMetaL\Writing Tools\10.0
Uninstalling XMetaL 5.5 does not remove these files, and they are not upgraded by the XMetaL 6.0 installer. When the 6.0 release attempts to load one (or more) of these DLLs it will crash.
The solution for people who previously had XMetaL 5.5 installed is:
1) Back up and delete the C:\Program Files\Corel\Shared\XMetaL\Writing Tools\10.0 folder.
2) In the Windows Control Panel, open the Windows Add or Remove Programs window, and then do a Repair of XMetaL 6.0.
The Repair feature will install the correct versions of all files that should be installed for the spell checker.
