Is it possible to add folder in XAC file. Or it's not require at all.

The product is not designed to support 'folders' in XAC files. In theory it might be possible to build one that will place the content of certain files when the XAC contents are extracted, but this is not tested nor supported.

Is there a reason you feel you might need folders? An XAC file created with XMetaL Developer will not include folders.
