XFT form - Data source

Hello all

I have an XFT form with a list box that returns the result of a query from a database. This form is embedded in my Xmetal Author.
Now, I want to implement this in a common content management system for multiple users. How do I propagate the data source connectivity (which I created in my local PC) across users?

Any suggestions in this direction will be of great help.
