Hello,

I am looking for an easy way to include a List of Tables and a List of Figures (mainly for pdf output).  Can anyone give me a good place to start?

Bookmaps can contain a <figurelist> and a <tablelist> element that are supposed to do what you're looking for. The last I heard though is that the Open Toolkit is not using these elements to automatically generate the lists, as it should. Has anyone heard differently?
