Delete Menu Option Inconsistency

I have noticed an inconsistency in XMetaL 6.0 and was wondering if it is a known issue. When highlighting an expanded node that cannot be deleted, the delete option under the edit menu is disabled. When this same node is collapsed and then highlighted, the delete option under the edit menu is enabled. However, clicking on the delete option yields no result.
This may tie in to the original issue that I was seeing in XMAX, as the first scenario would result in the Selection.CanDelete property being false. However, the second scenario would result in the Selection.CanDelete property being true.
Is this a known issue? If so, is there a fix planned? Let me know if you need a sample document.

I can reproduce this. I was not personally aware of it. I will confirm that it is in our tracking system and if it isn't I'll discuss it with development.
