Extract DTD from RLX

I am using XMetaL Developer 5.5

I have complied RLX inside of XAC file. I need to add attributes to root elemement. Is there any way to extract DTD from RLX fiel?
.NET studio allows to see element attributes, but does not allow to change attributes of element.

You will need access to the DTD to make changes to the DTD. There is no automated way to turn an RLX into a DTD and there (almost certainly) never will be.
