Reuse Crash

XMetal Author 6.0.31

Every time I perform a function using reuse I get the error message that XMetal has encountered an error and must close etc.

I have rebooted, reinstalled with the same result.

I thought of downloading another copy of the application but cannot find it on the Just/Xmetal web site, in other words--I get a message that the web page cannot be displayed under IE.

I just recently had some additional RAM put in my computer but I don't think this would cause the problem.

A number of issues were found with releases up to and including 6.0.1 and these have been addressed with the release of 6.0.2. Many of these crashes were being triggered by certain versions of 3rd party software, including McAfee antivirus software in particular.

All software, including service packs, must be obtained through our sales team.
