Missing Paragraph and Reuse from menu; missing gen output from File menu

We've installed, uninstalled, and re-installed XMetaL 6.0 Author Enterprise in a 32-bit virtual environment on a 64-bit Windows 7 computer and cannot get the following options to appear on the menu. They also do not appear in the Toolbar and Menu Customization list (under the Menu tab).

File > Generate Output for DITA Map
File > Generate Output for DITA Topic
View Output Log
Paragraph
Reuse

In the Resource Manager, File > Generate output for DITA Map does appear and it works fine.

We've installed the same version of XMetaL in the 64 bit environment and all the options appear.  We must use the 32-bit environment because the XMetaL-XDocs connector does not work in a 64 bit environment.

Has anyone else run into this problem or have ideas for solving it?

Did you try deleting the following folders after uninstalling?

%ProgramFiles%\Common Files\XMetaL Shared\
%APPDATA%\SoftQuad\
%ProgramFiles%\Corel\Shared\XMetaL\Writing Tools\10.0\
%ProgramFiles%\XMetaL 6.0\

It’s likely there is a modified menu file that the uninstaller left behind.

Uninstalling, removing those folders, and reinstalling worked like a charm.
