Is there a way to disable log in XMetal? So I do not want to see the log and XMetal/DITA-OT produces a log file or echo logs.

Any help I really appreciate.

There is no way to disable the creation of the DITA log file as it is an integral part of the DITA OT.
You do not need to open it if you do not wish to view it.
