TopLeaf: DITA Map topicref with toc="no" appearing in TopLeaf TOC
«

I have an topicref entry in my DITA Map with the
toc
attribute set to "no". When I convert the file to PDF through the default TopLeaf DITAMap transform, the entry is still appearing in the TOC.
I tried to set up a new element mapping for topicref[toc="no"] (based on the original topicref mapping), and then suppressing the content, but it still appears in the TOC.
Any thoughts? Thanks.

The following is a link to a recipe describing how to set this up,
