Not able to copy and paste some element in xmetal author 5.5

hi

Today i have got a issue from one of the editor that XMetal is not able to copy and paste the list element in the same document....
1) Then the first thing i checked is that is this element is allowed over their..and i found that yes it is allowed ...Then i used my local xmetal i am able to reproduce the probleam in local xmetal also....

Now i have no idea how to resolved this issue because with other element it is working fine but when come to list and footnote it is not doing copy and paste......

Is any one has any idea why this is happening ...

We will need to know which DTD or Schema you are working with and see an example XML file in order to give you a good answer for this. Please also identify exactly which portion of the document is being copied and what is selected in the document when you are performing the paste.
