Exception while saving DITA content with XMetaL 6.0

We're using XMetaL 6.0 with Documentum 6.5 SP2. When saving any DITA content (not a check-in, just a save), I receive the exception shown in the attached jpg, and XMetaL crashes. I'm using Windows XP, but the machine is a bit outdated (test environment). Could it be a memory issue? Thanks.

I suspect there must be something unique to the setup as we're not hearing about this from anyone else. We'll need to figure out what that is.
If you disable the Documentum integration does the issue still occur?
Have you tried repairing the Documentum integration and XMetaL Author iteself, or reinstalling?

Thanks Derek. I tested XMetaL Author 6.0 as you suggested (without DCTM connectivity) and all was fine. So I cleared the DCTM, Java, and IE caches. Now things are working well. Must have been a caching issue. Have a great weekend.
