XMetaL Documentum adapter - problem with multiple login prompts

Hello,

Using XMetaL 6.0.1, Documentum Webtop connector 2.1, on a 32-bit Windows 7 machine with IE 8.0.
IE has cookies enabled.

Every time a user takes an action related to the repository, the Webtop connector prompts for a login.  On other machines we've been testing on (Win XP, Win 7 64-bit w/ 32-bit IE8), the login is remembered and there are no additional login prompts beyond the first.  Any idea what could be causing this?

We're having the same issues for some users. Was there any resolution for this problem?
