Custom WebHelp -- highlighting active pane?
«

I have nearly finished customizing the excellent WebHelp output provided with XmetaL 6.0, and have one task remaining to get it where I want it to be.
I replaced the buttons for Contents/Index/Search with a tabbed menu bar, and would like to be able to highlight the active "tab" if at all possible.
I'm good on the HTML/CSS side of the design, but know next to nothing about JavaScript. Is there any way for the CSS to know which pane is currently being displayed?
