possible to render concept topic with task topic in online help?

I use XMetal 5.5 and Trisoft 3.3.4. Webhelp and pdf outputs

I am thinking of a structure where most context-sensitive help pages consist of one or two lines of concept information together with the task.

Is it possible to get such a help output without mixing the concept and task information one topic?

I believe that the task information can be used in many different places.

Occasionally there will also be context-sensitive reference information.
