Suppressing title page in PDF output

What do I need to do to suppress the title page in my PDF file?

I removed the TOC using the XMetal GUI to add a TOC attribute to the map element.
<map id="map_FBCD272802344C1A9C99F6CB87DB1B2B" toc="no"><title>Map_1</title>

But I don't know how to get rid of the title page. I assume I need to edit
AppData\Roaming\SoftQuad\XMetaLShared\DITA_OT\demo\xmfo\Customization\fo\layout-masters.xml

but I'm not sure how.

Using XMetal 6.0 on Windows 7. Deliverable type is XMetal Enhanced PDF via RenderX XEP
